Tiffianie King – Founder of 3BFIT Body Beauty Brain LLC is a Certified Vinyasa Meditation/Yoga Trainer. Ms. King has a BS Psychology and a MS Educational Psychology, with over 15 plus years experience working with youth and families. Ms. King first began meditation in 1997 as a relief for her own
addictions, anxiety and depression. Although during that time she was not consistent with her practice. However, during challenging times Ms. King was always drawn back to mediation.
In 2005 Ms. King made the conscious decision to make meditation practice a part of her daily life. As result, Ms. King has taken her love for meditation and yoga into classrooms and communities sharing her positive experience of meditation and yoga with children and their families.
In 2015, while teaching at a local Indianapolis, In preschool, Ms. King was introduced to a self- regulating program, Conscious Discipline.
Conscious Discipline focuses on positive methods to redirect children, while providing them the tools to calm and to self-regulate themselves. As opposed to calling the child out with negative affirmations and/ or implementing strict rules that fail to teach youth conflict resolution, or self-regulation skills. As result of being introduced to conscious discipline,
Ms. King decided to combine meditation, yoga, conscious discipline with self-reflection (the ability to observe and evaluate oneself in a clear and concise manner without judgement or criticism), thus designing a (W) Holistic path to obtaining ones desired Body Beauty and Brain.
Her desire to see youth reach their highest potential paired with her passion for meditation and yoga are leading her on this journey. Ms. King plans to be the very first kids yoga on the go studio! She plans to expand 3BFIT into a school of the Arts centered on Meditation and Yoga with special studies in Literature, Fashion, Art & Music.
Dr. Michael Edwards is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer.
Michael brings 15 years of professional experience working as a personal trainer and fitness coach to our organization. Michael worked for the Family YMCA fitness program and taught teach classes such as power pump, choreographed floor exercises and step aerobics classes. On his own, Michael is a personal trainer for hire and we are fortunate to have Michael on board. Michael provides individualized and group personal training sessions on our digital platform and in person. Michael brings passion and enthusiasm to our organization. He believes that having fun while exercising is a great way to stay healthy.
Sheretta Lanease Petty Lacey is a 20 year serial social entrepreneur a servant leader, connector and personal medicine health coach with Wholestic Nutrition, a 200 hr certified yoga instructor that focuses on emotional yoga, yoga for 12 step recovery and Yoga for children!
