Offers a mind and body approach to conscious discipline and self-regulation. 3BFIT’s 3 part curriculum uses the art of breathe, self- reflection (cognitive tools) and the somatic yoga movement as tools to assist individuals with the skills needed to Retrain their brain, to Reframe their thoughts, to Redirect their words, to Refocus their actions.
To create a community organization where individuals are encouraged, inspired guided and nurtured as they learn to self-regulate and guide themselves throughout their life’s journey
A community of individuals that embody yoga in a such way that they inspire thier extended family and community members to began practice as well.
To equip individuals with the ability to create their own communities of future generations of inspired individuals that understand their connection with the infinite producing internally prepared leaders within our communities!
