Developed by psychologist and educator Tiffianie King, 3BFIT is a 3 tier prevention focused program that provides evidenced based mindfulness tools.
When applied, mindfulness can enhance the quality of everyday living, help to relive anxiety and stress as well as help increasing grades and lowering behavior issues.
Mindfulness has been proven to improve concentration within children who practice consistently, as well as increase greater awareness of themselves and their surroundings.
3BFIT uses Chakra (7 energy centers in the body) Meditation, Positive Self- Affirmations and Yoga to support individuals with calming the mind, centering the body, clarity, and connection, with the highest conscious awareness, that leads to internal balance and alignment.

To provide safe spaces where individuals are able to express and promote positive self-awareness, healthy well-being and consciously disciplined life choices free of judgement and criticism.
Vision:
To develop communities of individuals that embody yoga in such a way that their practice inspires thier extended family and community members to embark on their personal journey to inner alignment and balance.
